# Tacit

> Tacit is an AI studio that writes a company's unwritten knowledge, the rules its best people apply without thinking, into skills its AI agents follow. It works in four stages: Audit, Foundry, Review and Readable. Clients own everything produced: skills, evals, review policies and offer files.

Tacit works remotely with teams of roughly five to fifty people, in fixed-scope engagements that are priced after a first thirty-minute call; prices are not published. Engagements run in order and can stop after any stage: Audit (two weeks), Foundry (three to five weeks per department), Review (one to two weeks), Readable (two weeks).

Tacit does not publish client names, statistics or testimonials. The plumbing business on the home page (Oakfield Plumbing) and the rules on the Industries page are illustrative, not quotes from clients.
